We live in a world where information is everywhere. You can Google your way to almost anything—how to heal your body, how to create healthier habits, how to finally make time for yourself. But here’s the thing…

Most books don’t get finished. Most programs don’t get followed through. Most plans to “start Monday” fall apart by Wednesday.

It’s not because you don’t care.
It’s not because you don’t have the time.
It’s not because you aren’t trying.

It’s because life happens.
Responsibilities happen. Overwhelm happens. Exhaustion happens.

Maybe you’ve been struggling with pelvic floor issues—leaking, constipation, pain that you don’t even want to talk about. Maybe you know movement would help, but the thought of adding one more thing to your plate feels impossible. Maybe you keep putting off self-care because everyone else’s needs come first.

You don’t need more “life hacks.” You don’t need another five-step plan that sits unopened in your inbox. You don’t need to feel guilty about not doing more.

You need support. You need accountability. You need a coach, not another healthcare provider telling you what they think you should do.

Coaching Helps You Make Change That Sticks

Change is hard. Making yourself a priority is hard. But having someone in your corner changes everything.

A coach isn’t here to tell you what to do. I believe you are the expert on your own body and life—I’m just here to help you see the path more clearly. Coaching is about helping you take those small, manageable steps toward the life and health you want.

Here’s what coaching can do for you:

💛 Help you create a vision for yourself. Whether it’s feeling confident in your body again, getting through a workout without worrying about leaks, or finally figuring out how to stay regular—coaching helps you define what success looks like for YOU.

💛 Hold you accountable to yourself. When you start slipping into old patterns, I’ll be here to remind you why you started and help you keep moving forward.

💛 Challenge the beliefs that are holding you back. If you’ve ever thought, “I guess this is just how my body is now” or “I don’t have time to work on this,” I’ll help you shift your perspective so you can see new possibilities.

💛 Give meaning to the challenges you’re facing. Struggles with your health, body, or self-care aren’t just obstacles—they’re signals. Coaching helps you turn frustration into action.

💛 Help you navigate the tough moments. Change isn’t linear. There will be days when you feel stuck, tired, or like nothing is working. I’ll be there to help you refocus and keep going.

💛 Be the support system you need. If the people around you don’t understand what you’re going through—or if they dismiss your struggles—I’m here to listen, support, and guide you without judgment.

Coaching Is About YOU

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you need help creating realistic movement goals, tackling bowel and bladder symptoms, or just figuring out how to put yourself first for once—coaching meets you where you are.

No matter what’s been holding you back, you don’t have to do this alone. You are capable of change, and I can help you get there.

What to Expect

Getting started with coaching is simple and designed to fit your needs. Here’s what the process looks like:

1️⃣ Compatibility Call (20 minutes) – We begin with a one-on-one phone call to see if coaching is the right fit for you. This is a chance to discuss your goals, ask questions, and determine if we’re a good match to work together.

2️⃣ Creating Your Plan – If we decide to move forward, we’ll come up with a plan tailored to your needs. Whether you’re focusing on pelvic health, building sustainable habits, or prioritizing self-care, we’ll outline an approach that feels realistic and manageable for you.

3️⃣ Flexible Coaching Sessions – Coaching can be structured in a way that works best for you. You can choose:

  • Visit-to-visit virtual meetings for flexibility and ongoing support as needed.

  • A structured series of virtual sessions at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

No matter the format, coaching is a collaborative, judgment-free space where you’ll receive guidance, accountability, and encouragement to take meaningful steps toward your goals.
